Ooba House insurance - useless
Ooba is the worst home insurance company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. During December 2023 my roof was damaged due to heavy winds as well as rains and not only did they find various B.S reasons not to repair my roof, but it took them almost 5 months to get back to me, 5 months in which I had to continually phone, scream and threaten them. Do not waste your time or money on them, yes they are cheap, but they are also worthless. Rather pay 5% more and go with a reputable and honorable business. Ooba will take you hard earned money and simply leave you exposed when you need them. You are better off saving your premiums in a bank and do repairs yourself.

I am done struggling with Ooba. A person gets nowhere with any of your departments. My sanity is worth more than the money it will cost to get my roof repaired privately. I really just want to be done with Ooba! Please feel free to keep the money you stole from me over the more than 2 past years!

I am done struggling with Ooba. A person gets nowhere with any of your departments. My sanity is worth more than the money it will cost to get my roof repaired privately. I really just want to be done with Ooba! Please feel free to keep the money you stole from me over the more than 2 past years!
