What a bad experience I had with Ooba home insurance underwritten by Hollard. it's a pity I'm stuck with these people with these until I find another company. The log fell into the swimming pool due to strong wind, hit the gobbler, and part of breaking. My son decided to put it back using silicone he drained some water out of the pool for this activity, and unfortunately, he removed the log. because the log was not inside the pool when the assessor came and my son tried to fix it, the claim was disqualified due to the poor work that was "done" according to them.
