Ooba home insurance - The great Con

They get with a good insurance quote but then each year they escalate the "value" of your property by an insane amount and when you contact them to tell them that the property is overinsured they say the home owner must get a qualified home evaluator to come and give a quote before they will accept the reduction in insured value. They have increased my cover to over 4.2 million and my home was recently evaluated by a "not qualified" estate agent for 3.2 million.
