OOBA HOME INSURANCE

My roof is leaking, OOBA came to inspect and only fixed the inside of the house. 3 weeks later the roof was leaking again. They sent an assessor who said they will not repair due to poor workmanship...it was dark and it was raining so I don't know how they came to this decision. A week later after many mails I have still had no response. Terrible terrible service
