Ooba - Declined Claim

I am currently also busy with a claim with Ooba that was declined due to bad maintenance according to them, I will be disputing this as its unacceptable. There was no roof leaks for the past 8 weeks and as you know it was raining for days non stop. We had a terrible storm last week Thursday in Randfontein and the roof started to leak with it being so bad that all my walls are moulding including the carpets, my ceilings are hanging. This is very frustrating. I have made contact with the Ooba claim consultants multiple times, Amy/Sebastian/Thabo. I am waiting for the declined letter to be sent to me, empty promises. I have read many reviews on Ooba and it seems the only reason for all the declined claims are due to "Bad maintenace" from all their clients. Yet Absa advised us to use them. If this claim is not sorted I will cancel and use someone else that will be able to assist when we need them, I mean thats what we are paying for.
