OOBA BULIDING INSURANCE IS THE WORST.I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR RELIABLE & HONEST SERVICE.

I made a claim on the beginning of April 2024 on my leaking roof that collapsed due to the heavy rains we were receiving. I did not receive any feedback from the insurance and I had to make my own follow ups regarding my claim. After more than a month I called them again for feedback and was advised that my claim was rejected. Ooba insurance is just a **** and taking my money every month but refuse to pay out my claim. I will be cancelling this insurance because they are clearly ripping clients off and not living up to paying out clients when claims are made. OOBA you are the worse and your communication skills are pathetic.
