ooba Building insurance = no service

This company's service delivery is very poor."Very politely stated."

I have had an issue with a leaking main water line for over two weeks( and counting, not resovled when posting) and no one is able to assist me with fixing the insured item. There is no manager to excalate any issue to. The claim advisers only answer is that their service providers made a mistake or no service provider in my area or that I have to get a service provider and then claim back from ooba. Meanwhile the water is leaking and I have to pay for the leaking water because they don't cover the spilt water due to their inability to correct the insured damage.

I kindly warn anyone who considers using this company. DO NOT USE THEM.
