OOBA BUILDING INSURANCE

Ooba insurance sucks, I had a claim on 17 January 2021 for pipe leakage ,they sent me a company called LT Plumbers, the company came here and fixed the pipe, the next morning it was leaking on the other side just less than 2meters,then boom they want me to claim again, I claimed they never came until today the 26th of January, they never came back, I followed up, they told me a lot of stories, that wasn't favorable to me as a client as always, they refused to remove the whole pipe, or at least remove 2meters, they didn't care about that at all, all they want me to do is to claim more and join the pipe again, so the insurer is actually a *******, I encourage people to just look for a better building insurer, please be cautioned
