Ooba, Brolink perform poor and only want money from their clients for R777 per month for house insurance. When you hit by the hail believing that is not the worst, the worst is in the coming day, ooba, brolink appoint the UNQUALIFIED RISIMU TRADING searching results show this is a plumber to do your roofing assessment. After sharing all information, they just write done the damage is maintenance related, then Brolink will reject, and they clearly ignored that you have no leaking at all in the past one year, but the hail caused the leaking and damages to your property. Be careful, it is a trap setup by these three companies, RISIMU TRADING is on the way to fool the next of us by lying in front of your face. They always late to check, they always wait for you finished with your patience, then they tell you the **** by saying this is not covered.

Loss Adjuster came last Saturday; however, we as clients got nothing seating at 16:53 Wednesday.
Communication from Loss Adjuster to Comfort and Pretorias were not rep**** as Loss Adjuster said to me;
Comfort confirmed they rep**** and refused to use another builder for quotation submission;
Do you know your "missing communication" is costing your clients badly? As always, you don't care. You only care the R777 per month.
As the Loss Adjuster said most of the companies are closing, they can't confirm when the quotation can be got.
It is a waiting game and we must be patient as we are told.
