Ooba Bond underwritten by Hollard,don't pay as per contract

My husband and I ,got an approved bond and Ooba insurance underwritten by Hollard assisted us with bond protector. In cases where one of us passes or retrenched or disabled,the bond protector would pay off the bond balance.

My husband passed on 27 August 2022,the bond protector has not paid out the bond to this day. I am paying the bond,now imagine if I couldn't pay,we would be out on the street with my very young kids. My premiums have always been up to date

To make matters worse,now they don't respond to emails and getting hold of the consultants is almost impossible.
