Ooba & 4-Sure utter unprofessional insurance companies

Please be warned and stay away from Ooba & 4-Sure insurance. I have never received such utter unprofessional service in my life. Ooba can't even manage their owns claims department and outsources to 4-Sure, but both is equal ***********. We have been waiting for close to three weeks for any feedback regarding our claim. In the interim our boundary wall is partially on the ground after a huge storm and the contactors are all closing this week. Who will be liable for any theft, additional damage (we have had storm after storm) and even our safety over the Christmas season?
