Ooba 4-sure house insurance
I cant fine Ooba 4-sure insurance? They are quite useless. Hail damage in Midrand last November. On line reporting did not work, eventualy got a claim number after 8 days. 4-sure assesors did not pitch, then come looking not to interested. I ended up finding contractors because more damage happening due to leaking roof tiles. I have submitted before and after pics, quotes from "my" service providers, with proof of payment, for 4th time. They keep asking for Service provider reports of damage. All pictures have been sent?? Delay delay

Ooba uses 4-sure to deal will claims, they put zero effort into sorting out a claim. All different people sending emails, asking for stupid information that has been sent.
