Not getting refund
Cancelled my policy, end July because I sold my house ( buildings insurance). They promised a refund in 20 working days. Even though I cancelled in time, they took another premium! Promised a refund again on the first and on the second incorrectly processed premium by 1st of September. Still waiting.....
