Not a trustworthy company

Why are guys still deducting money from my account after canceling my insurance with you guys,I didn't have the energy to even want to come and complain here but you guys are pushing me. First of all my geyser bursted and I call you you guys and you told me that you don't have my information intact I don't have a policy with you guys I even asked my wife to call you and she was told the same thing, that's when I went to my bank and reverse only two months debit orders after 6 days you called me just to tell me I have missed my payment and the funny part is that you even called me by my name I then told you to cancel the insurance because you didn't want to help me after paying for the past 2 years,I would recommend anyone to take up an insurance with this company .
