Non existent service! No service! NO RESPONSE
I put a water leak claim in on the 9th of January and to date I have not heard any feedback, I have not been made aware of the process or their turnaround time. No one has been in touch except for sending out an assessor a day later and NOTHING thereafter. Pictures of damages were attached twice in my initial claim and in my follow up email 3 weeks later!
How is this a fully operating business ? They claim to be there for you as the client! Everything about this insurance company is wrong!
What are your company values and missions/objectives? Who follows up on staff KPI’s … I just don’t understand how this company is operational right now!
Even Home Affairs doesn’t take this long to revert .
Just imagine if my house had burnt down! I’d be helpless and hopeless, probably in a shelter by now!
