No service at all

So far my experience with Oobainsure is terrible. First, they do not even come back to you at all. You have to make calls to get answers. They rejected my claim without even notifying me. Once again I had to call them. I requested the report of the service provider as well they should in writing confirm that the claim was rejected. Again, nothing. It is the worse service I ever received from an insurer. You pay your premiums every month the least they can do is get back to you as a customer. I will not recommend Oobainsure to anyone. The reason for the claim being rejected is because that the roof of the house was not maintained - but still I do not know for sure as I did not receive anything in writing as I also need to know what maintenance should have been done.
