No response to my Ooba/4 Sure claim.
This is the 2nd time that I am forced to go onto this site due to no response on my claim. I claimed for a leaking roof. After Ooba ensured me that 4 Sure (Certainly not for sure!!!) would contact me regarding this claim I have had no response despite numerous requests to Ooba. The roof and a leak and the persistent rains are making it worse and worse. II really think that Ooba needs to get another insurance company to handle the claims as it is blatantly obvious that 4 Sure certainly cant cope.
