No feedback or call back on claim

Waiting for days now for information on our claim. Called this morning for feedback still no call back with information. We don’t have walls due fo the flash floods, thus no security and we are vulnerable! The contractor was here on Monday and still no report submitted. This is very bad service!! How long does it take??
