29 Dec 2021, 15:55And here we are again....now power surge is not included in the cover. What a big suprise. They claim its a comprehensive insurance, yet not comprehensive. Have been paying R600 for nothing. No service. No feedback. Having to call them and their suppliers for feedback and then my claim will be rejected now as well. Policy schedule not up to scratch as it doesnt specify that you arent covererd for certain events, yet they will reject the claim. Well done. Shouldve insured it with a reputable institution.
