Never take Ooba insurance

Very very bad insurance It's like a ****, I won't advise anyone to join Ooba insurance. They have been debiting their premium but when I claim for my swimming pool which was damaged by a storm they declined my claim sighting erosion. When the assessor explained the use of erosion, they then sent another assessor who then said there was not proper drainage arround the pool. I asked them why they insured my property like that if they knew they won't cover for it because I bought a house like that. They just sent me a policy document. This insurance is a **** they look for anything for them to not pay the claim. On top of that it's even difficult to get hold of them.
