NEVER INSURE WITH OOBA

Whatever you do. DO NOT USE OOBA TO ENSURE YOUR HOME!!! Pathetic service. Logged a call on Wednesday about the geyser. Friday night I am still sitting without hot water. The most famous OOBA saying: We'll get back to you. Which they don't. Nobody is at liberty to make a call and get a geyser fixed. This one has to speak to that one, then speak to that one and oops, it's Friday. The places are closed. I am sorry sir, but this needs to go through that department. I am sorry sir but this place is closed now. I am sorry sir the manager is only available on email and I need to wait for their feedback. Wonder who's going to refund my halfday leave that's wasted and almost an hour on the phone and it's still not fixed. I will let my money do the talking now and take my insurance to someone that actually wants to do business.
