My very first time reaching out to Ooba since we've purchased our property about 10yrs ago and what a pleasant experience. I'm sure Jacques picked up the uncer*****y whilst talking to me and he was extremely polite and helpful. He transferred me to another department and the lady (Millicent) i spoke to was just as helpful. This is definitely a workplace culture when more than 1 person have the same drive and that is giving clients the best experience in our different circumstances.
