Most pathetic insurance company - Ooba Insure
Ooba is the worst insurance ever. More than 8 years a member, and all 3 claims during the 8 years have been denied. Continuous follow up phone calls and emails. Absolutely pathetic, service delivery is non-existent. I am taking the matter to Legalwise, and cancelling my insurance with them. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS INSURANCE TO ANYBODY. I have never seen such pathetic service rendering, and they just don't care, despite all the Hellopeter complaints.
