Million excuses not to pay out!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. We have our building insurance with them since 2020 when we bought the house, we even declined cheaper insurance policies out of loyalty because their bond originator helped us so nicely. Now when our roof collapsed due to the heavy rain, our claim was rejected, they have a million reasons as to why, which is not my problem because we bought the house like this, if there was a problem we should have been notified that this and that wouldnt be covered. They didn't send out an assessor before inception, they insured our house based on the bank’s word. And what a struggle it was to get to a point in any case because the contractor coming to look at the damages even submitted photos that wasn't even our house, I had to fight to get a loss adjustor, Every single month we pay our insurance and they are too happy to take your money but when it comes to claiming they will look for a million excuses NOT to approve your claim. So as far as their insurance goes, a BIG NO NO.
