insurance you can't trust

What a nightmare. I don't know who is running that business but the people that work there are utter useless to say the least,they never help,the never phone,they never have answers.ive been with them for four years and the first time I need them for something it's like I'm talking to a wall with no help what so ever.i have never felt more like a nuisance in my life.NO NO we will call you back ,or WE TRIED CALLING YOU.This insurance is a no go and should be avoided at all costs.Three weeks three weeks for one claim bravo ooba bravo
