Insurance *******

I am absolutely disgusted with ooba insure!!! They take my money every month, to cover my house and bond, but don't cover power surges!!! the most obvious thing one would require from insurance over property. Never mind that I put the claim in, they say nothing, and then after numerous phone calls from pillar to post, and days later "sorry mam, the claim has been rejected because it doesn't cover power surges". WTH!!! It is a bit more expensive, but a broker just works better for me! Good-bye Ooba, you will never see me again, that's for sure! Word-of-mouth is a powerful thing...
