Insurance company is only as good as their claims efficiency. These guys are nor!!!!
I lodged a claim a while back with Ooba for damage to my swimming pool. I was contacted by 4 Sure Ins. who stated that they will be handling my claimas they are the company contracted to Ooba to administer the claims. I got a call requesting certain documentation which was promptly provide. I have had no response. I have queried with Ooba on 3 occasions. In all instances Ooba has sent a mail to 4 Sure requesting a reply by close of business. No one has worried to contact me. This is a waste of time and I believe that Ooba needs to look for another company to handle their claims as this is not good for their reputation.

22 Jan 2024, 11:04So after 3 weeks they get back to me and inform me that the swimming pool is not covered under my policy. Why didn't they tell me that in the first place instead of getting me to complete and forward documents, reports, etc. So typical of these insurance companies. Everything is covered except the item that breaks.
