What part of I am not accepting your insurance offer did you not get over the phone and in writing?

You just go ahead and debit me without my permission and have the nerve to contact me when I disputed this with my bank.

On top of that you still have not refunded me the R2383.75 you debited me. I cancelled my policy before it even kicked in so there is no excuse for this.
