I wasnt very impressed with the service

I wasnt very impressed with the service.It took almost 2 weeks for me to be helped...service providers didnt show up when they were supposed to and in a simple follow up call i was put through to 4 different people who could not even help or did not have the answers to my questions.so overall i was not impressed with the service seeing that it was my first time claiming.
