I was contacted by Haanim about household insurance and quite honestly, it has never been explained to as clearly as she did… by the end of the conversation I knew exactly what my options were and what they entailed. She went the extra mile and negotiated a cheaper rate for me which clinched the deal immediately. Notwithstanding the excellent service I also received from Arthur Nicholson the bond originator… he was most professional and very patient with all my questions… all around, an incredible company to deal with and I know where to refer my friends and family to now!
