I think they are very professional. The help I received from Nina in the beginning was amazing. She phoned me every day to follow up. She stood by me through the whole claim. I was then handed over to the manager, Liz. What an amazing and understanding person, I thank you all for handling my claim, thats why we have been with Ooba for years
