House damage claim

The Five stars are for Hulisani Nefale who actually returned my calls, gave me feedback and helped to finalise the claim. She was really very helpful. Hulisani Nefale is certainly a fantastic asset to the business. Thank you Hulisani!! Claim was submitted in 15 April 2024. The contractor that had to come assess and do the quote was 3 days late for their appointment. I phoned about four of five times to follow up on the claim and in May was informed that the information sent by them was inconclusive - for them I will only give 1 star. No other 4sure agents never got back to me except for Hulisani Nefale who ask that I send photos of the damage and get a quote. She really did do a great job.
