House content insurance claim
<p>There was a breaking at my flat on the 9th of March and some property was ******. I opened a case at Embalenhle police station with case no:77/03/2017 housebreaking and theft. I then inform my insurance about the break in. I was asked to do quotations of what I lost(which I did) and send it to them. On the 24th of March an assessor was sent to my flat to assess everything. </p> <p> </p> <p>On the 3rd and 4th of April I called my insurance to find out how far are they with my claim, I spoke to one lady on both occasion and was told she will find out for me nd get back to me but she never did. Today(5/4/2017) I called them again and I spoke to one lady by the name of Roxy who was really rude. I couldn't even finnished my story of why I called, I dropped the phone.
