HORRIBLE WORST BAD INSURANCE

I must say out of all the insurance companies i have dealt with this is the worst company ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Taking my money every month but has such bad customer service, where have you ever heard that dampness in your wall and your skirting being damaged is because the water the sits on your tile floor in the shower causes that these people looks for any excuse to not want to fix the damages to our bedroom or even give a proper reason as to what is wrong with the shower i want to cancel my insurance with this place because for a year i have been paying for nothing! I want all my premiums back as well because here is no benefit and they are together with hollard insurance i must say even the consultants are horrible in speaking to the customers when i said i want to cancel they like just go right ahead and do that i will send you your rejection letter i have to keep calling after them not once do they call me with feedback i have been waiting for two weeks to hear this nonsense so people i advise this is a horrible insurance i can kick myself that i went with this insurance instead of my bank Regret is always late i should give a -1 rating a 1 is being very lenient.
