Had to pay R850 for a small geyser fix!
I had an issue with my geyser so I submitted an OOBA claim. OOBA said that it would be an excess of R850 (Probably for the replacement of the geyser). The plumber came out and fixed a small issue with 2 bolts and I had to pay the hole R850! After I tried to phone OOBA they disconnected me. Absolute HORRID service!

18 Nov 2019, 11:59 Dear Mr. Coertzen We have received confirmation from the Insurers that the Plumber replaced the Geyser Element, Thermostat as well as the Gasket. Therefore the three components were far more than your excess and the matter was discussed with you a short while ago. Kind Regards
