Guardrisk underwriters - Waste of money

Tried to claim a building insurance claim when we noticed a huge chunk of concrete had fallen out of the roof, and had experienced severe weather conditions, but was told it was a "maintenance claim". If the roof had blown off, they probably still would of rejected it and say that if we had maintained the roof properly, it would of been secure enough. So happy we changing insurance. Don't waste your money.
