Great customer service / claims experience

I would like to commend Charlton Andrews for a great customer experience. When I arrived Ooba's offices yesterday I was super stressed about the status of my claim. Within minutes of speaking with Charlton my claim was sorted out. He listened to my concerns, addressed it promptly and assured me that I could speak to him any time afterwards should I have any further concerns. Now that is great customer service!!! Thank you Charlton, you saved the day and restored my faith in Ooba / For Sure. God bless you.
