Good day, the 5 star rating is for Laken and not oobainsure. I believe if it had been anybody else they would have lost me as a client. Laken was empathetic she was able to understand the frustration. Sometimes businesses become powerhouses in the current market, but they stay there because of people like Laken. If any please never lose her she is a gem of an agent. In the best interest of the business please promote her and let her be in charge off your customer care department. A real hero in your business. Im glad i encountered this insurance angel.
