Geyser claim not Paid
I made a geyser claim in 2024 October , they gave me a run aeound still to day, ended up fixing the geyser on my expenses, and thwy promised to reimburse me still today, there is always excuses, latest excuse the lady who approves payments is Sick but on the 04 June 2025 they promised that my money will take 7-14 days to reflect on my bank acc.. At this poiny ,I feel failed by such big company, what a shame,I would not recommend anyone to join.. Whats worse is its me who must always follow up, they never call for progress feedback as a curtesy...mnmx
