Frustrating and Unreliable: My Experience with Oobainsure

I am incredibly frustrated with my experience with Oobainsure. Since December 28, 2024, I have been waiting for assistance after my geyser burst. Despite my persistent efforts—calling them twice a week and sending numerous emails—I have received nothing but different stories and extensive holds.

Initially, they were unable to send a plumber for an entire week, which was already a major inconvenience. When they finally did respond, I was told that I could hire any plumber myself and that they would reimburse me. Fast forward three and a half months, and I'm still waiting for that reimbur*****t.

To make matters worse, they have now informed me that they will only cover half of what I paid for the geyser and installation. This has been the worst experience I have ever had with an insurer. Their customer service is lacking, and their follow-through is nonexistent.

I would absolutely NOT recommend Oobainsure to anyone looking for reliable insurance. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere!
