Extremely poor service from OOBA

I have submitted a claim for water damage to my laminated floor due to a faulty faucet. OOBA then said that they do not pay for negligence. How can it be my negligence if my faucet starts to leak? Next time I will ask my faucet to phone me before it is about the malfunction so that I am not accused of negligence again.
