Extremely poor service

Claim for a borehole pump and electric box that was ****** from my property/plot sent in early February 2024. To this day I have had no final feedback. If I don't call myself to find out what is going on I get no response. So almost more that a month now. No borehole water for my animals or my garden. I have a smallholding with lots of livestock. I had to make my own plan just to be able to get water for my animals. How is this alright? I previously complained about them as well. Emengency: geyser that bursted. Took them ages to sort out everything. Definitely not a company to insure with if you want to be rest assured. I am definitely cancelling with them and moving to a company that can and want to provide.
