Extreamly bad service
DONT TAKE INSURANCE FROM OOBA !!! We are insured by ooba insure ,we have submitted a claim due to hail storm damage and only want to pay out partial of the total amount. We only bought our house in May 2025 , no inspector was sent out before we got a quote to insure the property. The insurance is trying to find any loophole it can so that they dont have to pay out. They dont want to pay because of the "angle" of the roof, how must I know that was wrong ? I am not a contractor ?
