Exploiting Customers!!

Someone from Ooba called me and asked me if they can contact miway to get my premium reduced. When I got a reviewed policy my premium had infact gone up!!! Yes gone up, I then have been trying to get hold of OOBA to find out what this is and no one is contacting me. When I check my policy I note OOBA is now my broker, what a joke. So they are my broker for a policy I took out on my own, they go and increase my policy so they can get a fee for doing absolutely nothing!! DO NOT BE FOOLED BY OOBA... How ridiculous can you be to exploit customers like this.
