Firstly, I have great appreciation and respect for my consultant Memory Joubert. What a kind, cordial and soft spoken lady she is. She made this daunting experience feel like a walk in the park. She kept me on the loop, communicated effectively and timeously BUT most importantly made it feel like she was literally holding my hand through it all. What a gem!!! Secondly, going through Ooba benefitted me in terms of time.I did not have to approach any banks at all. They collected all my details and did all the running around for me, which for me is also such a treat because I do not have the time. Overall the service was a 10/10. Would I recommend it to someone else? ABSOLUTELY. Ask for Memory.
