Excellent service on cancellation.

Have had good support over the 6 years that I have insured my house with Ooba. I have sold now and only realised after a few weeks that I had not informed Ooba of the transfer. One quick email later and Nina Maczantse helped with a prompt and friendly reply which not only confirmed the cancellation but gave me pointers on how to reclaim my recent debit order (without me having to ask).
