Every now and then you come across a gem team member

While my overall experience with Ooba insure has not been what I would necessarily classify as linearly customer centric, I have to say that they have some gem staff members. Andre Engelbrecht was so incredibly helpful and showed genuine qualities of customer service in my interactions with him. It’s not regularly that you come across an agent that understands how to engage with customers and honestly go out of their way to help. Thank you Andre.
