Empty promises from Ooba 4-sure
Been struggling to get insurance work completed and then claims payout. Endless promises of calling me back to no avail. Been promised payout would take place in 3-5 working days and it is 10 working days already.
4-sure, not the best experience in creating customer trust and loyalty!

Once again, after numerous calls and promises of returning my call and reverting to Hellopeter with more escalation that someone would contact me. I called Ooba 4-sure *** again with promises that someone would call me back. I am so frustrated with this gaslighting and unprofessional customer service full of lies and empty promises. Do not use this company.
