What is promised on the day that you sign and what is covered are not the same things.

The service from the 1st moment I had to claim has been incredibly bad. Wrong plumbers sent twice for the wrong inspection. ( i have a leak in the lounge and they sent 2 plumbers to check the geyser) I was then told 2 claims had to be booked @ R850 excess per claim as they are not connected. Now I'm told both are rejected because both are the same problem?

Leaks are not covered although when I signed up I was told everything that will not fall out when if you could shake the house (hypothetically) is covered. Do the pipes now fall out when shaking the house?

If you ask for an explanation you get told they have " We have entertained your claim submitted as a gesture of goodwill and unfortunately we are not liable to do this going forward." Not sure how they entertained my claim as I had to follow up daily without a response. DON'T USE THEM!!!!
