Don't use Ooba Building insurance.

This is the second time that Ooba building insurance is complete failure. They have no regard for one's safety. The lightning struck my home in November 2023 during a storm. I noticed that my HOME ALARM was damaged. I reported the issue to Ooba building insurance. The first response from the claims management team was that I need to find a supplier because they don't have agents in my area. December, January, February, March, April is nearly finished and STILL no attention to my claim. In the meantime, have I found a supplier completed the requirements and submitted to the Ooba claims team for evaluation/approval. Guess what.... the response is: Supply the required documentation for evaluation. The only time that Ooba responds is when one writes a horrible review of them on a public forum.
